the studio behind the grid · lincoln, ne

a few months from now, your feed will run itself — and you'll wonder why you waited to hand it over

I'm the whole studio. I built Havli small on purpose so the person who plans your month is also the one filming it, posting it, and sitting in your comments. Here's who you'd actually be working with.

how havli started

it began with a candle brand and a very full Sunday night

A friend near the Haymarket asked me to take her Instagram off her hands for one month. That month is why Havli exists.

·

the first month

She was pouring candles all day and editing captions at 11pm — and none of it looked like the brand she'd worked so hard on in person. I mapped out four weeks in an afternoon, filmed a batch of reels in her kitchen, and answered the DMs she never had time for. By week three she'd stopped opening the app in a panic.

·

why i kept it small

Two more Lincoln brands asked. I could've chased ten and hired a room of freelancers — instead I kept the client list short enough to know each brand's voice by heart. That's the whole model: a handful of B2C brands, planned and posted by one pair of hands, out of a desk on South 35th.

·

what havli is now

Monthly content calendars, real filming and editing, and someone actually in your comments and DMs — across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. No agency layers, no account manager reading a brief back to you. Just me, your grid, and a rhythm you can count on.

the four things i won't compromise on

what working with me actually feels like

01

small on purpose

I cap the client list so nothing gets handed to a junior or a scheduler and forgotten. The person you meet on the call is the person in your comments on a Tuesday.

02

your voice, not mine

I spend the first weeks learning how you'd actually say things. If a caption sounds like a template, it doesn't go out. Your customers should never feel the switch.

03

replies are the real work

Posting is half the job. I sit in the DMs and comments during posting windows, welcome new followers, and flag the messages that are quietly ready to buy.

04

plain english, always

No 40-tab dashboard, no jargon-stuffed report. One honest monthly recap: what landed, what flopped, and the two moves we're making next.

Scroll sideways — four promises, none of them the vague kind.

the honest scale of it

one desk, on South 35th, for a short list of brands

I'd rather tell you exactly what you're getting than dress it up. Havli is deliberately not a big agency — and that's the reason your calendar never slips through a crack.

rather just talk it through?

Tell me what you sell and who buys it. If I'm not the right fit for your brand, I'll say so — and point you to someone who is.

01

the fit call

Twenty minutes on the phone. I want to hear your brand, your customer, and what a good month would look like to you — before anyone commits to anything.

02

a sample month, free

If it feels right, I draft a first calendar — themes, sample captions, a posting rhythm — so you can see the work before a single card is charged.

03

we get going

Pick your platform mix, we agree a monthly price, and I start filming. Month-to-month, cancel with 30 days' notice. That's the whole deal.
